Initial 15 minute consultation: FREE! (phone)

Individual/couple/family session (50 min): $150

Intensive therapy session (1.5 hours): $210

Life Coaching (50 min): $150

Insurance (Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, BCBS): Insurance is now accepted on a reimbursement schedule utilizing Thrizer. This means you pay the full rate up front and after your claim is processed, you will be reimbursed according to your specific plan’s determined amount. I am now taking Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and BCBS (insurance is subject to if you have OON benefits.

Olive Tree Wellness, LLC offers a sliding scale/reduced rate scale to all clients. If approved, you will receive a percentage off of the practice amount according to financial need in accordance with federal poverty guidelines. Mental health should be affordable! Please indicate your financial need on your intake form and fill out the application located under the "Forms" tab.

Olive Tree Wellness, LLC is a cashless practice and therefore only accepts debit and credit cards as acceptable forms of payment. Debit and credit card payments are processed via Stripe credit card processing system through the website.
